# 10. Knowledge Vault

Central library of organizational documents — SOPs, JSAs, risk assessments, training records, photos and reports — searchable from a single page.

## 10.1 Document Types

| **Type**   | **Examples**                   |
| :--------- | :----------------------------- |
| Procedure  | SOPs, work instructions        |
| Assessment | JSA, HIRA, risk assessments    |
| Training   | Training records, certificates |
| Report     | Past investigation reports     |
| Other      | Any supporting document        |

## 10.2 Uploading Documents

1. Click Upload Document.
2. Pick the document type and title.
3. Drag and drop or browse for the file.
4. Add tags to make it searchable across cases.Documents can be downloaded or deleted by authorized users.

> **Plan limits:** Each plan has a maximum number of knowledge documents.
