Setup & Settings Account configuration is split across two areas in the desktop navigation: * Set up — a guided 8-step wizard for organization-wide data (Admin only). * Settings — split into Profile, Team, Usage and Billing pages. ## 5.1 Setup wizard (Admin only) Open Set up from the top navigation. The left rail shows the 8 steps with a completion checkmark; use Previous / Next or click any step to jump. | **Step** | **What you configure** | | :------------------- | :------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | 1. Language | Default organization language (English, Bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, 中文). Drives all UI text and exports. | | 2. Country | Organization country — affects locale defaults and reporting. | | 3. Timezone | Organization timezone — used for incident timestamps and dashboards. | | 4. Severity Levels | Fully customizable severity scale per organization (label, color, description). Reset to defaults at any time. | | 5. Asset Registry | Add the physical assets your team will tag in incidents (asset name, type, location, criticality). | | 6. Asset Types | Org-editable taxonomy of asset categories (Machine, Vehicle, Electrical, etc.). Add, rename, or remove. | | 7. Failure Modes | Org-editable taxonomy of failure modes (Mechanical, Electrical, Corrosion, etc.). Add, rename, or remove. | | 8. Monthly Man-Hours | Per-month entry of Total Man-Hours, Direct Employees on payroll, and Total Equipment Count in service. Drives LTIFR / TRIR / MTBF / Availability. | > **NOTE:** Severity Levels, Asset Types and Failure Modes are NOT fixed lists — each organization manages its own taxonomy under Set up. Email and role are shown but cannot be changed here. On mobile, profile fields are read-only. ## 5.3 Organization (Settings → Profile, Admin only) Admins can rename the organization from the Profile page. Locale, country, timezone and other org-wide settings live in Set up. ## 5.4 Team (Settings → Team, Admin only) Invite users by email, change role between Member and Admin, deactivate or remove members. Seat limits are defined by your active plan. ## 5.5 Usage (Settings → Usage, Admin only) Real-time tracking cards for AI analyses, knowledge documents, team seats and storage, with per-plan caps. ## 5.6 Billing (Settings → Billing, Admin only) Manage plan, switch between Monthly and Yearly billing, purchase AI Analysis Top-ups (lifetime, never expire), view invoices, and submit Contact Sales requests for Enterprise. ## 5.7 Languages Language is set at the organization level under Set up → Language.
