# 4. User Roles

Each person in your organization has one of two roles:

| **Role** | **Can do**                                                                                                | **Cannot do**                                            |
| :------- | :-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | :------------------------------------------------------- |
| Member   | Report incidents, add evidence, work on assigned CAPA actions, view dashboards                            | Invite users, change billing, edit organization settings |
| Admin    | Everything a Member can do, plus invite users, manage the team, edit safety data, change plan and billing | —                                                        |
