# 6. Audit Planner

Open Audit from the top menu. This page works on phone, tablet, and computer.

## Create an audit session

1.     Click New Session.

2.     Enter a title (e.g. "Monthly Safety Walk – June").

3.     Choose the location and date.

4.     Click Create.

**Credit cost:** Each new audit session uses 1 session credit. Credits are spent in this order: rollover credits → plan credits → top-up credits. If you have no credits, the app blocks new sessions until you upgrade or buy a top-up.

## Add checkpoints

A checkpoint is one item you want to inspect (e.g. "Fire extinguisher in workshop").

•       Manual: type a title, specific location, and short description.

•       AI suggestions: click Suggest Checkpoints. The AI gives a list based on your industry and location. Accept the ones you want.

## Add photos

On each checkpoint, upload one or more photos. You can also draw on a photo (boxes, arrows, notes) using the photo editor.

**Tip:** Photos sync in real time. If you upload from your phone, your computer will see them within seconds.

## Run AI analysis

Click Analyze on a checkpoint. The AI looks at:

•       Your photos.

•       Your description and location.

•       Your hazard categories and risk matrix.

•       Documents in your Knowledge Base.

The AI gives back: hazard category, risk level, findings, recommendations, and references. References show as small badges, for example \[Ref: ISO 45001] or \[Per CAP Knowledge: ...].

**Always review:** AI findings are suggestions. A trained auditor must review and adjust them before saving.

## Copy or delete

You can copy a session or a checkpoint to save time. Deleting a session removes all its checkpoints and photos.
