# 14. Billing and Plan (Owner only)

## What you can see

•       Usage card — sessions used and credits left (rollover, plan, top-up).

•       Storage card — photo and Knowledge Base storage.

•       Period card — billing start, end, and usage in this period.

•       Current plan card — your plan name and billing interval.

•       Plan comparison — all plans side-by-side, with prices, seats, and storage.

•       Top-ups — buy extra session credits that never expire.

•       Request history — past Contact Sales requests and their status.

## Plans

Likemind Safe has four plans: Free, Plus, Pro, and Ultra (custom). Yearly billing saves about 17% compared to paying monthly on Plus and Pro (equivalent to roughly two months free). Plus and Pro are also currently offered at 40% off original list price as launch pricing. The table below summarizes everything included in each plan.

**Notes about the plans:**

• Yearly billing on Plus and Pro saves about 17% (about two months free) versus paying monthly.

• Plus and Pro are currently 40% off original list price as launch pricing.

• Top-up sessions never expire and are kept through plan changes, billing resets, and even cancellation.

• Sessions are spent in this order: rollover first, then plan, then top-ups.

• Ultra is a custom plan — pricing, seats, sessions, and storage are negotiated. Use Contact Sales in the Billing page.

## How credits work

•       Plan credits — given to you each billing period.

•       Rollover credits — up to 50% of unused plan credits move to the next period.

•       Top-up credits — bought separately. They never expire.

When you create an audit session, the app spends rollover first, then plan credits, then top-ups.

## Change or cancel a plan

Upgrades start right away with proration. Downgrades are scheduled — they happen at the end of your current period. Refunds follow the Refund Policy: standard upgrades are refundable within 7 days, but top-up packs are not refundable.
