# 10. Export Reports

Open Export from the top menu. You can export Audit sessions or CAP sessions.

## Steps

1.     Choose Audit or CAP.

2.     Pick a date range and select the session.

3.     Add filters (risk level, hazard category) if needed.

4.     Preview the report on screen.

5.     Click Export to download as PDF or Excel.

Reports include findings, photos, risk levels, and references — ready to share.
