# 17. Tips and Limits

* Mobile: Only the Audit page is fully usable on a phone. Use a computer for Dashboard, Setup, Billing, Knowledge Base, Export, and CAP.
* Owner-only pages: Dashboard, Setup, Billing, and Knowledge Base. Auditors and Reviewers cannot open them.
* Reviewers can only use the Reviewer Portal and their Profile.
* Plan credits reset every billing period. Up to 50% rolls over. Top-ups never expire.
* Storage has a limit per plan. Warnings show before you reach the limit.
* AI is a helper, not a replacement. A qualified auditor must always check the results.
* Knowledge Base accepts up to 10 MB per file. Big files take longer to process.
* Always check the active organization in the top bar before you create a session.
* Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox.
