# 5. Setup (Owner only)

Open Setup from the user menu. There are four tabs.

## Team

Manage members. See section 4 above.

## Locations

Add the factories or sites where you do audits. Each location has a Name (e.g. "Jakarta Plant A") and a short Code. Locations appear in audit forms and Dashboard filters.

## Hazard Categories

Edit the list of hazard types used in audits and CAPs. Each category has a name, a color, an icon, and a display order. You can hide categories you do not use, instead of deleting them.

## Risk Matrix

Choose your risk matrix size: 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5 (severity × likelihood). Set the labels and colors for each level. The AI uses this matrix to give risk levels to its findings.

## Audit Domain

Select the audit domains relevant to your project scope: *Workplace Safety, Equipment PM, System Tests, ISO Compliance, and Facility Condition.* This feature is exclusively available to users on the Custom plan.

Note that *Workplace Safety* is enabled by default across the platform and serves as the primary data source for your dashboard.
