# 8. The Full Workflow

This is the normal end-to-end flow.

| 1. Setup       | Owner           | Add locations, hazards, and risk matrix (one time). |
| 2. New audit   | Auditor         | Create a session — uses 1 credit.                   |
| 3. Checkpoints | Auditor         | Add manually or use AI suggestions.                 |
| 4. Evidence    | Auditor         | Upload and annotate photos.                         |
| 5. AI analysis | AI + Auditor    | AI analyses each checkpoint. Auditor confirms.      |
| 6. CAP         | Auditor         | Group findings, set PIC and deadline.               |
| 7. Review      | Reviewer        | Approve or ask for changes.                         |
| 8. Knowledge   | System          | Approved CAPs feed back into AI for next time.      |
| 9. Report      | Auditor / Owner | Export PDF or Excel.                                |
