To manage notifications for a specific item only, open that item and use the Notifications option in the More actions menu (⋮).

Enable keyboard shortcuts

Go to SettingsKeyboard shortcuts and toggle Enable keyboard shortcuts on.

View all shortcuts

Press ? anywhere in the product to open the shortcuts reference panel.

Customize a shortcut

Click the shortcut you want to change, press your desired key combination, then click Save.

Reset to defaults

Click Reset all shortcuts at the bottom of the panel to restore the original key bindings.
Custom shortcuts are stored per browser. If you sign in on a new device, you will see the default shortcuts until you customize them again.
Set the sharing behavior that applies whenever you create a new item.

Setting your default access to Anyone with link means every new item is accessible to anyone who obtains the URL — even people outside your organization. Use this setting with care.
