13.2 Monthly vs Yearly billing
- Monthly — pay each month; cancel or change plan at the end of the period.
- Yearly — pay once a year at a discounted monthly equivalent. Upgrades from a Yearly subscription are routed through the Contact Sales dialog so the team can prorate and re-issue the invoice.
13.3 AI Analysis Top-ups
Paid organizations can purchase AI Top-up packs from Settings → Billing. Each pack adds lifetime AI analysis credits that never expire and stack on top of the monthly plan allowance.| Pack | AI analyses | Price |

13.5 Rollover policy
Monthly plan allowances do NOT roll over — unused AI analyses, incident slots and other monthly quotas expire at the end of the billing period. Purchased AI Top-up credits persist indefinitely.13.6 Plan changes and scheduled downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Dodo Payments.
- Downgrades are scheduled and applied at the end of the current period; you can cancel a scheduled downgrade before it takes effect.
- Switching billing interval (monthly ↔ yearly) on a paid plan is handled in-app for monthly → yearly; yearly → other plans goes through Contact Sales.
