2.1 Create your account
- Open the app and click Sign Up.
- Enter your name, email and a strong password.
- Check your inbox and click the confirmation link.
TIP: If your company already uses Likemind Root, ask your admin to invite you so you join the right organization.
2.2 Sign in
Go to the login page, enter your email and password, and click Sign In. Use Forgot Password if you cannot remember it.2.3 The two views: Desktop and Mobile
The app changes its layout based on your device:- Desktop view: Full features. Use this for investigations, dashboards, settings and reports.
- Mobile view: A focused, simple version for the field. You can sign in, see your cases, open a new case, fill in the basic details and take photos with your phone camera.
NOTE: On mobile, profile editing is read-only. Use a computer to update profile or organization settings.
