The mobile view is built for speed in the field. The bottom bar takes you to Cases, New Case and Profile.

3.1 Open a new case on mobile

  1. Tap the + New Case button at the bottom.
  2. Pick a category (Human Injury, Equipment, Process, etc.).
  3. Fill in the title, date, time and location.
  4. Add a short description of what happened.
  5. Tap Save Draft to keep working, or Submit to send it.

3.2 Capture photos with your camera

  1. Inside a case, scroll to the Photos section.
  2. Tap Take Photo. Your phone camera opens directly.
  3. Take the picture and confirm. The photo uploads to the case.
  4. You can also tap Upload to choose a photo from your gallery.
TIP: Take clear, well-lit photos. Capture the area, the equipment and any damage from more than one angle.
