5.1 Setup wizard (Admin only)
Open Set up from the top navigation. The left rail shows the 8 steps with a completion checkmark; use Previous / Next or click any step to jump.| Step | What you configure |

| 1. Language | Default organization language (English, Bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, 中文). Drives all UI text and exports. |
| 2. Country | Organization country — affects locale defaults and reporting. |
| 3. Timezone | Organization timezone — used for incident timestamps and dashboards. |
| 4. Severity Levels | Fully customizable severity scale per organization (label, color, description). Reset to defaults at any time. |
| 5. Asset Registry | Add the physical assets your team will tag in incidents (asset name, type, location, criticality). |
| 6. Asset Types | Org-editable taxonomy of asset categories (Machine, Vehicle, Electrical, etc.). Add, rename, or remove. |
| 7. Failure Modes | Org-editable taxonomy of failure modes (Mechanical, Electrical, Corrosion, etc.). Add, rename, or remove. |
| 8. Monthly Man-Hours | Per-month entry of Total Man-Hours, Direct Employees on payroll, and Total Equipment Count in service. Drives LTIFR / TRIR / MTBF / Availability. |
