After an audit, use the CAP page to plan and track fixes.

Create a CAP session

A CAP session groups related findings. Click New CAP Session, give it a title and short description.

Add a finding

Each finding records one problem to fix. Fill in: •       Hazard category and risk level. •       Description of what was found. •       Recommendation — the action to take. •       Person in Charge (PIC) — who is responsible. •       Deadline — when it must be done. •       Follow-up date — when to check progress. •       Status — Pending, In Progress, or Completed.

Before and after photos

Upload Before photos to show the problem and After photos to prove it was fixed. You can draw on photos, the same as in audits.

Submit for review

When a finding is ready, click Submit for Review. The CAP status changes from Draft to Submitted, and the assigned reviewer gets an email. To submit many CAPs at once, use Bulk Submit.

What happens next

The reviewer can Approve the CAP or send it back with a note (Request Revision). If revision is requested, fix the issues and submit again.
