7.1 CAP Sessions
CAP findings are organized into sessions. You can:- Create new CAP sessions with a title and description
- Edit existing session details
- Move findings between sessions
7.2 Creating Findings
Each CAP finding includes:- Hazard Category — Selected from configured categories
- Description — What was found
- Risk Level — From configured risk matrix
- Recommendations — Corrective action to take
- PIC (Person in Charge) — Who is responsible for the action
- Deadline — Due date for completion
- Follow-up Date — When to check progress
- Status — pending, in_progress, or completed
- Specific Location — Where in the facility
- Action Code — Optional reference code
7.3 Before/After Photos
Findings support before and after photo uploads with the same annotation capabilities as the Audit Planner. Storage quotas apply.7.4 CAP Statistics
A statistics panel displays:- Total findings count
- Status breakdown (pending, in progress, completed)
- Risk level distribution
7.5 Submission for Review
When findings are ready for external review:- Click “Submit for Review” on a CAP session
- The system validates that all required fields are filled
- Status changes: Draft → Submitted
- A notification can be sent to assigned reviewers
Bulk Submission: Multiple CAP sessions can be submitted at once using the Bulk Submission feature.
