- Mobile: Only the Audit page is fully usable on a phone. Use a computer for Dashboard, Setup, Billing, Knowledge Base, Export, and CAP.
- Owner-only pages: Dashboard, Setup, Billing, and Knowledge Base. Auditors and Reviewers cannot open them.
- Reviewers can only use the Reviewer Portal and their Profile.
- Plan credits reset every billing period. Up to 50% rolls over. Top-ups never expire.
- Storage has a limit per plan. Warnings show before you reach the limit.
- AI is a helper, not a replacement. A qualified auditor must always check the results.
- Knowledge Base accepts up to 10 MB per file. Big files take longer to process.
- Always check the active organization in the top bar before you create a session.
- Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox.
