  1. Mobile Access — Only the Audit Planner is accessible on mobile devices. Dashboard, CAP Planner, Export, Photo Library, Knowledge Base, Setup, and Billing all display a “feature not available on mobile” gate.
  2. Owner-Only Features — Dashboard, Setup, Billing, and Knowledge Base are restricted to organization owners. Invited auditors cannot access these.
  3. Reviewer Restrictions — Users with the Reviewer workflow role can only access the Reviewer Portal and their Profile. They cannot view audits, CAPs, exports, or photos.
  4. Session Credits — Plan credits reset each billing period. Only 50% of unused plan credits carry over. Top-up credits persist but plan credits do not accumulate indefinitely.
  5. Storage Quotas — Photo and Knowledge Base storage are limited by plan. Warnings appear when nearing limits, but the system does enforce caps.
  6. AI Analysis — AI-generated findings are suggestions. They should always be reviewed and adjusted by a qualified auditor. The AI uses your configured hazard categories and risk matrix, so misconfigured settings will affect output quality.
  7. Knowledge Base Processing — Document processing is asynchronous. Large documents may take time to process. Processing can fail for unsupported or corrupted files.
  8. Multi-Organization Context — When switching organizations, all data views change to reflect the new organization. Ensure you are in the correct organization context before creating sessions or findings.
  9. External Review Links — Token-based review links have no built-in expiration in the current system. Share them carefully.
  10. Browser Support — The application is a modern SPA built with React. Use a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for best results.
