Every user belongs to at least one organization. The role you have decides what you can do.

3.1 Organization Roles

RoleDescription
OwnerThe person who created the organization. Has full access to all features.
MemberA user invited by the owner. Access depends on their workflow role.

3.2 Workflow Roles

Each member is assigned exactly one workflow role:

AuditorAudit Planner, CAP Planner, Export, Photo Library
ReviewerReviewer Portal, Profile
Note: Auditor and Reviewer roles cannot be combined in the same organization. Owners always have auditor access plus owner-only features (Dashboard, Setup, Billing, Knowledge Base).

3.3 Belonging to many organizations

You can be a member of more than one organization. Use the Organization Switcher in the top bar to change between them. Your features will change based on your role in the active organization.
