5.1 Team

5.2 Factory Locations

Add, edit, or delete factory/site locations. Each location has:
  • Name — A human-readable name (e.g., “Jakarta Plant A”)
  • Code — A short identifier code
Factory locations are used when creating audit sessions to specify where the audit takes place. They also appear in Dashboard filters and analytics.

5.3 Hazard Categories

Manage the list of hazard categories used across audits and CAPs. Each category has:
  • Name — Display name
  • Key — System identifier
  • Color — Visual color for charts and badges
  • Icon — Category icon
  • Active/Inactive toggle
  • Display Order — Determines sorting in dropdowns and reports
The system includes default hazard categories (e.g., Fire, Electrical, Chemical, Ergonomic, etc.). Owners can customize these or add new ones. Inactive categories are hidden from selection but retained for historical data.

5.4 Risk Matrix

Configure the risk assessment matrix used by AI analysis and manual risk assignment. Options:
  • 3×3 Matrix — 3 severity levels × 3 likelihood levels
  • 4×4 Matrix — 4 severity levels × 4 likelihood levels
  • 5×5 Matrix — 5 severity levels × 5 likelihood levels
Each risk level has a customizable color. Severity and likelihood scales can be labeled. The risk matrix affects how AI checkpoint analysis categorizes risk.
