Add the factories or sites where you do audits. Each location has a Name (e.g. “Jakarta Plant A”) and a short Code. Locations appear in audit forms and Dashboard filters.
Edit the list of hazard types used in audits and CAPs. Each category has a name, a color, an icon, and a display order. You can hide categories you do not use, instead of deleting them.
Choose your risk matrix size: 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5 (severity × likelihood). Set the labels and colors for each level. The AI uses this matrix to give risk levels to its findings.
Select the audit domains relevant to your project scope: Workplace Safety, Equipment PM, System Tests, ISO Compliance, and Facility Condition. This feature is exclusively available to users on the Custom plan.Note that Workplace Safety is enabled by default across the platform and serves as the primary data source for your dashboard.
