15.1 Pending CAPs Tab
Displays all CAP sessions submitted for review, grouped by session. Each shows:- Session code
- Number of pending findings
- Individual finding cards with risk level, hazard category, and status
15.2 CAP Detail Panel
When reviewing a finding:- View all finding details (description, risk level, recommendations, PIC, deadline)
- View before and after photos with annotations
- Photo gallery with lightbox viewer
- Add review comments
- Approve — Marks the CAP as approved
- Request Revision — Sends it back to the auditor with comments
15.3 Review History Tab
Shows previously reviewed CAPs grouped by session, with:- Session code
- Review decision (approved or revision required)
- Review date
- Review comments
