Open Knowledge Base from the user menu. This is where the AI learns about your company rules.

Documents tab

Upload PDF or Word files such as country regulations, industry standards, brand rules, or your own procedures. Choose a category and an optional description. Files up to 10 MB are accepted. After upload, the system processes the document. Status will show Pending → Processing → Completed (or Failed if something goes wrong).

CAP Knowledge tab

This is built automatically from approved CAPs. You cannot add entries by hand — they appear after each CAP review. Each entry stores hazard, finding, fix, keywords, location, risk, and whether the fix was verified.

How AI uses it

During analysis, the AI searches the Knowledge Base for matching content. Matching items appear in the result as [Per: …] or [Per CAP Knowledge: …] badges.
