- Company internal procedures
- File — The document file (PDF, DOCX, etc.)
- Category — Country, Industry, Brand, or Company
- Description (optional)
- Pending — Queued for processing
- Processing — Being analyzed
- Completed — Ready for use (shows chunk count)
- Failed — Processing error (error message displayed)
12.2 CAP Knowledge Tab
Automatically populated from approved CAP findings. Each entry contains:- Hazard category
- Finding summary
- Resolution summary
- Keywords
- Location
- Risk level
- Whether resolution was verified
12.3 How Knowledge Is Used
When AI analyzes a checkpoint:- It searches the Knowledge Base for relevant documents and past CAP resolutions
- Matching content is included in the analysis context
- Citations appear as [Per: …] or [Per CAP Knowledge: …] badges in the AI output
