3.1 Desktop Layout
The desktop application uses a top navigation bar with the following sections:| Menu Item | Description |

| Knowledge Vault → Documents | SOPs, manuals, and regulations |

- Organization Switcher (if you belong to multiple orgs)
- Theme toggle (light/dark mode)
- Profile menu — access Profile, Settings, Billing, Usage, Team, Safety Data, and Log Out
3.2 Mobile Layout
On mobile devices (< 768px), the app switches to a streamlined mobile shell:- Compact top bar — logo, organization name, theme toggle, and profile avatar
- Fixed bottom tab bar with three tabs:
- 📋 Cases — view your incidents list
- ➕ New Case — create a new incident
- 📷 Photos — browse the photo library
- Desktop-only features (Dashboard, Knowledge Vault, Investigation Canvas, Billing) are not accessible on mobile
- The Profile page is read-only on mobile — editing is only available on desktop
