13.1 AI Root Cause Suggestions
Available in all four analysis frameworks:- 5 Whys: AI generates a complete Why chain from a problem statement
- Fishbone: AI suggests causes for each 6M category
- Fault Tree: AI decomposes events into sub-causes with logic gates
- Swiss Cheese: AI generates barriers, hazards, losses, and failure points
13.2 AI CAPA Generation
After identifying root causes:- Select frameworks to include
- Click “Generate CAPA”
- AI produces actions categorized by Hierarchy of Controls
- Each suggestion includes title, description, priority, and timeframe
13.3 AI Incident Summary
On the Incident Detail page:- Click “Generate Summary”
- AI analyzes all incident data (description, evidence, analysis, actions)
- Produces a structured investigation report
- Report includes: key findings, root causes, recommendations
13.4 AI Dashboard Briefing
On the Dashboard Overview tab:- Click “Generate Briefing”
- AI analyzes current KPIs, trends, recurring hazards
- Produces an executive-level summary with insights and recommendations
13.5 AI Photo Analysis
When photos are uploaded:- AI can analyze photo content
- Generates descriptive tags
- Provides contextual analysis relevant to the incident
13.6 AI Evidence Translation
- Supports automatic translation of evidence text to English
- Original language is auto-detected
- Both versions are preserved in the system
