15.1 LTIFR — Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate

LTIFR = (LTI Count × 1,000,000) ÷ Total Man-Hours
Measures the number of lost-time injuries per million hours worked.

15.2 TRIR — Total Recordable Incident Rate

TRIR = (Recordable Incidents × 1,000,000) ÷ Total Man-Hours
Recordable incidents include: Fatality + LTI + RWC + MTC.

15.3 Incident Rate

IR = (Total LTI × 10,000) ÷ Total Direct Employees
Measures LTI per 10,000 directly hired employees.

15.4 Severity Rate

SR = (Lost Days × 1,000,000) ÷ Total Man-Hours
Measures the total number of lost workdays per million hours worked.
