6.2 Evidence Pane
A chronological feed of evidence records:- Add text evidence with optional photo attachments

- Drag evidence items to link them to canvas nodes
- Translate evidence text to English using AI
6.3 Logic Canvas
The central area where you build analysis diagrams:- Select from four frameworks (5 Whys, Fishbone, Fault Tree, Swiss Cheese)
- Add multiple frameworks to the same incident
- Interactive node-based canvas powered by React Flow
- Right-click nodes for context menus (edit, delete, add child, mark as root cause)
- AI can suggest causes and expand analysis
6.4 Action Pane (CAPA)
Lists all CAPA actions for the incident:- Create new actions manually
- AI-suggested actions based on root causes
- Track status (Open → In Progress → Pending Verification → Closed)
- Set priority using Hierarchy of Controls
- Assign due dates
