11.2 Uploading Documents

  1. Click “Upload Document”
  2. Fill in:
    • Title (required)
    • Description (optional)
    • Type (SOP, Manual, or Regulation)
    • File (optional — attach a PDF, DOC, etc.)
  3. Click “Upload”
Documents can be downloaded or deleted by authorized users.
Plan limits: Each plan has a maximum number of knowledge documents.
